This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Reset the Password for the Audian Portal


  1. Login to the Audian Portal, as an account admin.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on the Smart PBX app.
  4. Click on Users.
  5. Click the Users name.
  6. Update the users name in the First and Last name fields as needed, and then click Change Credentials.

  7. Update the Email address and password as needed, and then click Save Changes.
  8. Click Save Changes again to save the User Name changes.
