Description:

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • How to transfer calls, both Warm/Attended and Cold/blind transfers

Methods:

Warm/Attended Transfer

  1. Press the Transfer button  or tap the Transfer icon while on an active call.
  2. Once the first call is placed on hold, dial the phone number or extension of the party you would like to transfer the call to.
  3. After the other party answers and you are ready to complete the transfer, press the Transfer button  or tap the Transfer icon.
  4. To End a call, if the party to receive it is not available, press the End Call button.


Cold/Blind Transfer

  1. Press the Transfer button  or tap the Transfer icon while on an active call.
  2. Once the first call is placed on hold, dial the phone number or extension of the party you would like to transfer the call to.
  3. Press the Transfer button  or tap the B Transfer icon to complete the transfer.
