This article will show you how to do the following.

  • Enable account level Call Recording


  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
    • Note: Must be logged in as an administrator.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select Call Recording from the applications list.
  4. Click Recording Settings at the top.
  5. Click the Inbound Call Recording and Outbound Call Recording toggle switches enabled.

    Note: If you are using AWS S3 Storage for recordings, this can be enabled and setup as well. (See article - How To - Setup Amazon S3 for Call Recording)
