 How To Log In
  1. Navigate to https://portal.audian.com/
  2. Enter your user credentials
    1. Username: (Email)
    2. Password:
    3. Account Name: (Company name)
  3. Click Login
 How To Check Voicemail
  1. Once logged in click User Portal located at the top left.
  2. Under My Voicemail's you will see Date, Caller ID, Status, and Listen.
    1. Date will list the date and time the voicemail came in
    2. Caller ID will list the number that dialed in.
    3. Status will list if the call is new or old
    4. Listen allows you to listen to the voicemail from your browser but you can also download the voicemail.
      1. To download a voicemail click on the down arrow located next to the player.
 How To Setup Email Notification
  1. Once logged in click User Portal located at the top left.
  2. Under My Settings select the check box next to Send Voicemail to Email.
  3. Enter your email address in the box below.
  4. Click Save

How to setup Call Forwarding

  1. Once logged in click User Portal located at the top left.
  2. Under My Settings select the check box next to Enable Call Forward.
  3. Enter the number you would like calls to forward to in the Forward Calls To section.
    1. Enable Also Ring My VoIP Phone to have calls ring both the forwarding number and the VoIP phone at the same time.
    2. Enable Keep Caller ID to retain the caller ID programmed on your VoIP phone.
  4. Click Save.
