This article will show you how to do the following.

  • Setup Paging on a Polycom device

Paging service only works on Polycom devices and will need to be enabled on the account prior to the feature working. To enable this, please send a request to


  1. Login to the Audian Portal
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.

  3. Select Smart PBX from the Apps list.
  4. Select Users on the left.
  5. Click the Device field for the preferred user.
  6. Click on the device's name.
  7. Click Advanced at the top.
  8. Select Polycom Options from the drop-down menu.
  9. In the File Name field, enter paging.cfg and then click Save and Restart.
