This article will show you how to check call logs in the new Audian portal.

Step By Step:

  1. Log In Login to the Audian Portal
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click Smart PBX
  4. Click Call Logs

  5. Click Custom
  6. Select the time frame of the calls
    • To find a specific number type it in search.
    • When downloading the call log it include all calls within the time range.
  7. Click Filter

  8. Click on the calls to expand the records.
    1. This will show you additional information such as when an auto attendant rings 4 phones and will tell you who picked up the call.
  9. Click Download for all the raw data in a spreadsheet.
