Description:

This article will show you how to do the following:

Log in and view the Operator console

Methods:

Login to the Audian Portal.
Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
Select Operator Console from the applications list.
From here you are able to see the status of all agents/users and if they are on an active call or not.
