Description:

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Log in and out of a call queue system

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select Call Center Basic from the applications list.
  4. Click the Begin Session button. at the top right.
    • Note: The Session Duration will start counting the time.
  5. Click Away.
  6. Click Mark All as Ready.
  7. To Log out, click the Ready button at the top, and then select End Session.

Once the users are setup in the Call Center Basic application, they will be able to log in and out by dialing the appropriate Feature Codes.

*20 - Begin Session
*21 - Mark as ready
*22 - Mark as away
*23 - End Session
