This article will show you how to do the following.

  • Log in and out of a call queue system


 Portal Method
  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select Call Center Basic from the applications list.
  4. Click the Login button.
  5. Click Mark as Ready
    • Note: The Session Duration will start counting the time.
  6. Click one of the following to take a break or logout at the end of shift.
    1. Mark as Away: Click this to take a break or lunch.
    2. Logout: Click this to clock out.
