Description:

This article will show you how to do the following.

  • Enable Call Forwarding for a user

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on the Smart PBX app.
  4. Click on Users on the left.
  5. Click the User Features field.
  6. Click Call Forwarding

  7. Click the On button.
  8. Enter in the number you would like calls to forward to.
  9. Select the additional options that apply to you.
    1. Leave voicemail's on forwarded number
    2. Forward direct calls only
      1. Only applies to calls that come in directly to that users personal line.
    3. Keep your Caller ID
      1. Keeps the incoming calls caller ID.
  10. Click Save Changes.
