This article will show you how to do the following.
Reset a Polycom VVX series device that is stuck in a boot loop
Methods:
When the Welcome screen appears, hold down 1, 3, 5 at the same time for 3 seconds.
Enter the password (
8446116110 or the
default is 456) and press
Ok
.
The device will
reboot
.
If prompted to enter the password again,enter
456
and press
Ok
.
