This article will show you how to do the following.

  • Enable and Disable inbound and outbound call recording at the user level.


  1. Login to the Audian Portal
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on the Smart PBX app.
  4. Click Users on the left.

  5. Click the User Features field for the preferred user.
  6. Click Customized Call Recording.
  7. Click the Disabled toggle to enable, set the desired options, and then click Save Changes.
