This article will show you how to do the following.

  • Enable the Call Recording Application at the account level.


  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
    • Note: Must be logged in as an administrator.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select Call Recording from the applications list.
  4. Click Account Settings at the top.
  5. Click the Inbound Calls and Outbound Calls toggle switches to enable, and then click Save Changes.

    Note: If you are using AWS S3 Storage for recordings, this can be enabled and setup as well. (See article - How To - Setup Amazon S3 for Call Recording)
