This article will show you how to do the following:

  • How to update the PIN required to log into a voicemail box


  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on the Smart PBX app.
  4. Click Voicemail Boxes on the left.

  5. Click the Edit icon to the right of the desired voicemail box.

  6. In the PIN Number field, enter the preferred PIN.
  7. Click Save Changes.
