Show how to apply advanced search filters to your call recordings.
System Defaults to filter by date: the day of the search and the day before. Multiple Filters can now be setup at one time.
Search By Name is case sensitive and has to match records: Due to system limitations, when searching for names, you have to enter exactly the same name as the records displayed in the grid view.
Example: Searching for a record with a caller id named John Doe will not work if you type in John.
