This article will show you how to do the following.

  • View Call Recordings
  • Filter Call Recordings
  • Listen To Call Recordings
  • Download Call Recordings

Note: Accounts without AWS (Amazon Web Services) storage setup for their call recordings are limited to 60 days worth of storage. Accounts with AWS storage do not have this limitation.

View Call Recordings:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal
  2. Click on the Apps button at the top right.
  3. Click the Call Recordings app.

Add and Remove Call Recording Filters:

Filtering will allow you to narrow down your search results. When applying a filter type you will only be able to apply 1 of each.

  1. Click the Filter By dropdown and select an option.
  2. Select or fill in the additional information about the filter.
  3. Click the + button to add the filter.
    1. To remove a filter, press the X button on the filter listed on the right.


  • This search is limited to a range of 30 days with 60 days worth of recordings saved at any one time.


  • Allows you to filter by a call recordings CNAM or Number.
  • You can do a quick search by clicking the magnifying glass in the From and To recording cells.
  • When searching by CNAM the name needs to match 100% to what the call recording examples show. Using the quick search feature will make this easier.


  • Allows you to search by a user on the account.
  • When the user logged in is a supervisor the user will only see the users they are supervising.
  • If the user is not a supervisor they will be able to see and search by call recordings that are labeled as Account.


  • Allows you to search by the direction of the call.

Download/Play Call Recordings:

While viewing a list of call recordings

  • Click the Play button on the far right to play a recording.
  • Click the Download button on the far right to download a recording.
